Getting my friend to move to Miami seemed to be an easy task.  I knew that he wasn’t happy where he was living at the time.  But still he struggled to actually commit to the process.  It wasn’t until I showed him just how cheap some of the Condos in Miami were at the time that he made the jump to move here.  Now I am throwing him a welcome home party and am so excited that he took me up on the offer.  The place he chose is extremely nice and will be a great flip once the market turns back.
