I am so proud of my grandson. He is doing great in school and enjoys learning. At first, it was a struggled. He did not like getting up and going to school because he struggled with reading. That is when I decided to step in and take action. I went on the internet and purchased the educational software. That made a huge impact on his love of learning, and in no time he was reading. He has progressed well and I am happy to see him bring me books to read now. He reads great, and I am impressed with the program.

These days, it is always best to be fully prepared for any situation especially when it can be planned. I think that when people get married, that the groom speech should already be written out. I believe that it is best to have a speech prepared only because it is a very special moment and it should be a fun experience. So if you know anyone who has been married, you should ask them for tips that will help you create your own. Hopefully you will make your speech that everyone will be taken back by and will be great.

I have a great idea but I have no idea where to go with it. I feel like I am all dressed up with no where to go. I have an invention that I think would really sell a lot of product but when I went for patent information I was told that I need to have a big backer or some major company that was interested in my product. I wanted to secure the patent and then try to sell the product to the highest bidder. Is this something that is feasible or do I shop my product around first in hopes of a bidder that will not steal my idea?

It was kind of a red flag when I drove up to my rental property in Santa Ana and saw that the lawn was dead. When I first rented the home out to the family that I rented it out to I had a bad feeling. I should have stuck with that gut feeling and not let them in. I let myself into the house and as I kind of figured everything was in disarray. Most of the time I have good tenants and I even send them thank you gifts on a regular basis. Obviously this family would never receive a thank you gift for me.

One day we took our exmormon friend to a ward picnic and even though he is really tall, he insisted on sitting way in the back of our van in the middle. I offered to sit back there, but he wanted me to be comfortable. I thought that was nice of him, but then he spent the whole ride teasing my son until he started crying. I wanted to go back there and smack him one. I kept looking at my husband like, “He’s your exmormon friend. Do something about it!” He knew him years ago in another state and we coincidentally ended up in the same town later.
