There’s a lot of groups associated with managing the feet and lower leg. Podiatry practitioners are the primary and still provide the majority of the treatment of the feet, but there are plenty of other professions providing foot care such a physical therapists, general medical doctors, orthopaedic surgeons, general surgeons, foot care nurse practitioners, chiropractors, osteopaths, footwear retailers, fitness trainers, and so on. One occupation that is obtaining more interest recently yet but has existed for many years is Pedorthics. The pedorthist will be associated with the actual supply and also modification of regular and custom made shoes, and also with the supply as well as modification of mass produced as well as tailor made foot orthotics.
