Simple Abs Workout
My life is so busy that sometimes I feel like I just don’t have extra time in the day. Staying healthy needs to be a priority, so I came up with a quick and simple workout that I can customize to work on different parts of my body. For example, my abs workout uses quick combinations of cardio activities with stomach strengthening exercises like crunches. I will run for 5 minutes, then do 3 minutes of crunches. I do this for a few repetitions depending on how much time I have. By using quick exercises I can get in a good workout without much time.
