Finding a great company to work for is hard to do.
Lance soft Inc is not a good company to work with if you are trying to work in the United States through a H1-B Visa. They require a $3000 fee for filing all of the paperwork required. They tell you that they need an upfront fee of at least $1500 and that they would allow you to pay the rest off after you start working for them. After you send the money they start slowing down on responses to you and eventually just stop responding at all. They are not a positive company to work with and seem as though they are not real.
